Please never visit this overpriced sh*t hole! Here is a list of fails and inconveniences that this so-called 5 star hotel offers to its naive guests: By every feature it has, it is a 3-star hotel at most. Made of cheapest shiny-looking plastic materials it only looks good on pictures. Everything is plastic and is already worn off. The beach is very dirty and full of cigarette butts There are only two elevators, which are small and do not work properly, doors close and open randomly, not safe. We travelled there with a 2-year old kid and were placed by hotel staff on the 5th floor right underneath the huge bar on the 6th floor, where for 4 nights out of our 6 there was a party from 10 PM till about 2 am! We barely could sleep. This was not resolved by hotel staff, we demanded another room, we called the police. Hotel manager only suggested moving to another hotel and offered a free massage and a free dinner. I almost punched that f*cker. After the party is over drunken men and women travel down to the street and stay there or on the beach screaming and singing till 4 am. Staff does not do anything about it. Attracted by shouting the nearby homeless dogs come and start barking at those people. This was insane. You cannot bring any food from the cafeteria to your room, it is prohibited and you are closely watched as if every visitor is a potential thief. There are no shops or restaurants near the hotel. The closer ones are about 15 minutes away walking. The better ones are 30 minutes away. The safe in our room was broken. The food is very mediocre and boring. On our last day the only thing staff had to do is to wake us up at 5 am. Guess what, we got no wake up call. Totally unreliable. |
